Our commitment to innovation goes beyond expanding our locations. We have continuously refined our dough recipe, evolving from a simple direct method to a unique sourdough base.

This new and improved dough undergoes a 48-hour fermentation process, making it lighter and easier to digest, thanks to natural yeast fermentation. The result? An unforgettable pizza experience.
